You
have to examine your breasts
regularly, looking for lumps or other irregularities. Breast cancer is exceptional
with young people, but does occur. It’s good to get in the habit of checking,
especially as you get older. When you start young, you learn to know your breasts,
knowing which changes are normal during your menstrual
cycle. The best time for an exam is in the week after you had your period.
Look for lumps and swellings.
