If the guy had genital herpes and you did not use a condom the infection may have spread to your mouth. So you better go to you GP to have it checked out. The bad news is that once you have the virus it stays with you. The little red spots might become water blisters or a cold sore. After one or two weeks it will disappear by itself. But it can return any time. Low resistance, sunlight, sharp spices, having your period, stress and fever can trigger a herpes outbreak. Be sure you don’t touch the spots on your lips and then other parts of your body, like your genitals. For in that way it may spread. I hope it’s not herpes but something else. But if it is indeed herpes you should be careful not to infect someone else. That means that you should not kiss or give a guy a blow job when you have spots, blisters or a cold sore.
