Drs. Hilde van der Ploeg, B.A., M.A. is a clinical psychologist, specializing in sexology.
She has had a private practice in Amsterdam since 1995.
She wrote a book on female lust and 'the man' as a lust object (Blikken zonder blozen: de seksuele revolutie van de kijklustige vrouw).
For six years she wrote weekly articles on sex in one of the largest youth magazines in the Netherlands (Break Out!) and answered many thousands of letters.
Three years ago she put a Dutch 'sexdictionary' on the Internet, which attracts millions of 'unique visitors' each year.
