Hormones cause an increase of body hair during your teens.
Most guys get pubic hair when they are 12 or 13 years old. This keeps growing till you are about 14.
Axillary hair starts to appear a little later. With many this starts before they are 13 years old, but there are also plenty of guys who have to wait till they are 14 or 15.
Hair on the scrotum normally appears 1 year after the growth of axillary hair.
Hair on the perineum will appear next. But there are also guys who don’t have hair on their perineum and/or scrotum.
Facial hair and hair on the rest of your body normally starts to appear 2 years after your pubic hair has started to grow.

The ages mentioned are averages. There are big individual differences. Some start puberty early, others late. Some have gone through all the physical changes within a year, while this can also take more than 5 years.

The lower part of my body is very hairy. I heard women don’t fancy a hairy man.
