Mastopathia
is an umbrella term for all kinds of irregularities in the breast(s) which aren’t
malignant, but can be painful. About 10 percent of the women is
troubled by this.
Mastopathia
is characterized by small cysts or lumps. It can occur in one or both breasts.
It results in pain in the breasts before and during menstruation. The breasts
may feel tense and sometimes there is nipple discharge. You can have it in one
breast or in both breasts.
It
has nothing to do with breast size and occurs most often in pre-menopausal
women.
There
is not one cause and thus there is not one remedy. With many girls and women it
takes time before they find a solution.
