Most girls don’t climax from intercourse, even if the guy keeps going for quite some time. That’s because there is not enough clitoral stimulation. The CAT (Coital Alignment Technique) is a special technique which makes it more likely that the clitoris gets stimulated.

How does it work?
·        In this position the guy rides high on his partner’s pelvis and applies direct and continuous pressure on her clitoris.
·        You start in the missionary position. Then the guy moves up, lying higher on the bed than she does. The base of his penis touches her clitoris.
·        The guy lowers his chest, leaning partly on his lover and partly to her right or left. He can cup her shoulders with his arms, keeping his upper body close to hers. If she wants deeper penetration, she can wrap her legs around his thighs and place her ankles on his calves.
·        The movement is not in and out, but more up and down. The girl pushes her pelvis up, grinding her clitoris against the base of his penis. The guy makes a shallow rocking movement in which he rubs against the clitoris.
·        Find a rhythm in which you both move at the same time. The key is not thrusting, but applying pressure and counter pressure, massaging the clitoris by a slow gentle rocking.
