If you don’t want to ask the girl what she likes and dislikes be aware of her body language. This can teach you a lot. A few examples:
If she changes position, she might be trying to get your fingers in touch with the hot spot. So notice what way she turns to find out what you “did wrong.”
When she places her hand on yours trying to relocate it, don’t feel offended. Go with her movements, she is leading you to the right spot.
When she pulls her body back she probably needs a lighter touch.
When she moves her vulva to the left and then to the right and back again, you must consider the possibility that you’re touching one spot too long, making the skin irritated.
If she really pushes her vulva against your hand you may need to touch her clitoris more firmly and/or more directly.
