The first time you have intercourse can be wonderful, but also frustrating. How do you avoid disappointment?
Do it with someone you trust and feel at ease with.
Only do it when you really want to. One way to know is taking one step at a time, going from kissing to caressing, to fingering/a hand job and see if it feels good. If it doesn’t feel good don’t go further. Take your time.
Don’t drink alcohol beforehand. Research has shown that people who are abstemious enjoy the first time better and feel less guilty afterwards.
Use a condom, so your pleasure won’t be ruined afterwards by fear of unwanted pregnancy or STD’s.
As a girl you should be satisfied before you start intercourse. So ask your lover to finger you or eat you out first. Research has shown that only 7% of the girls come to orgasm the first time they have intercourse.
Make sure the vagina is wet before you start intercourse. You can also use a water-based lubricant to make entry easier.
Don’t expect stars and fireworks. It normally is more enjoyable if you have done it a few times and learn to know each other’s sexual likes and dislikes.
