Take
it slowly. Start by soft and light kissing
and see whether your partner wants to be kissed or not. Kissing is all about responsiveness.
Use
not only your mouth but also your hands. You can for instance hold your lover’s
shoulders, rub the other’s back or put your hands gently on the sides of his or
her face.
Never
shove your tongue into your partner’s mouth. Wait till he or she invites you in
by parting the lips. First run the tip of your tongue over the lips, preparing
the way. Let your lover know what’s coming up.

As
soon as your lover enters your mouth you should actively welcome him or her by
moving your tongue around his or hers.
After
lightly licking the other person’s tongue and rotating the tongues in circular
motion you can experiment, sucking on your lover’s tongue or wrestling with each
others tongues. You can also tease by entering, but quickly withdrawing your tongue,
making your lover long for you to enter again. Be careful with biting. If you
want to bite softly, start with nibbling to see whether your lover likes it or
not.
Don’t
forget to swallow your saliva, otherwise it might become
too wet.
When
you have kissed a few times you may talk about what you both like and don’t like
about the way the other kisses.
