How about a torn frenulum? When the frenulum rips it’s painful and it normally bleeds excessively.
·        If a guy never realised he had a problem he can get the impression something terrible has happened.
·        Such a tear often results in scar tissue, making the frenulum even shorter.
·        If the frenulum is thick the two flaps of skin can rejoin. However, the frenulum can easily rip a second and a third time.
·        So if your frenulum is too short it may be wise to have it surgically lengthened.
