The
glans is the tip of the penis, also called the head of the penis.
·
The glans is very sensitive, comparable
to the clitoris.
·
If a guy is not circumcised,
the glans is often rose-red, smooth and damp, like the linings inside the mouth.
The skin is very fine and far more sensitive than the shaft.
·
With guys that are circumcised
the glans is dry and the skin thicker from the rubbing against clothing. As a
result the glans is less sensitive. But this doesn’t seem to have much influence
on excitement
or orgasm.
·
The rim of tissue that separates
the glans from the shaft (the coronal ridge) is also very sensitive.

I’ve small bumps on
the head of my penis.

If I move the
foreskin backwards and touch the tip it hurts.

When I roll my
foreskin back my glans is covered by white stuff.
