I’ve little bumps all around the edge of the head of my penis. Should I worry about this?

What you see are probably the pearly penile papules. These little swellings (about 1-3 mm) run around the coronal ridge like a string of pearls. The incidence reportedly ranges from 8-48%. It’s completely innocent and requires no treatment. If however you have had unprotected sex it could also be genital warts. Initially they look very similar. So if you have had sex without using a condom, have it checked.
