In the Netherlands there are organized groups throughout the country (“De Kringen”) you can join. It’s a meeting place for homosexuals who want to talk and have fun together. But you must be 16 years or older to participate.
In the Netherlands it’s hard to meet others when you are younger than 16. The easiest way is to search on internet, looking for other holebi’s.
In the Netherlands you can also call the Gay & Lesbian Switchboard (020-6236565) or the COC (020-6234596) to find out what activities for homosexuals are organized in your neighbourhood.
You can also buy Expreszo, a youth magazine for gays and lesbians. It contains addresses and also personal ads.
