How to find your love muscles?

The easies way to find
them is while you’re peeing. Stop the flow midstream and notice which
muscles flex. You tighten the PC-muscles when you stop the stream of
urine and relax them when you start peeing again. Do this a number of
times so you’ll know how to clench and release them outside the bathroom.

Learn to squeeze these
PC-muscles apart from other muscles, like the ones in your legs, stomach
and buttocks.

At the same time
contracting the muscles around the eyes and lips will make the contraction
of the PC-muscles stronger.
