Keep your hands relaxed and make sure your movements are smooth and circular. Don’t start or end abruptly. Keep contact with your lover’s body continually.
It’s most pleasant to start at the back, because this is where tension builds up. Strike upwards to the top of the shoulders. Slide back and repeat the movement. Start next to the spine and move further out to the side every time you make an upward movement, eventually covering the whole back.
You can also put your hands on the shoulders and make a circular motion along the muscles behind the top of the shoulders, and inwards towards the neck, using deep pressure, loosening stiff muscles.
If you touch bony skin you should use a gentle rubbing movement, for instance at the spine, at the shoulder blades, around the skull, at the feet or the face. Your four fingers move the flesh in tiny circles. Body parts which are fleshier can be kneaded. Scoop and squeeze the flesh in a continuous motion, back and forth.
Alternate between firm movements and light caresses.
Ask your lover what feels good. Try different strokes at every body part you touch and ask which one he or she likes best.
