·
Don’t try to stretch the foreskin,
but try to compress the glans.
·
Gently squeeze the glans for 5
minutes with both hands, pressing the blood out of it. Then try to push it back
with your thumbs.
·
If it doesn’t work you might try
to put some saliva or a lubricant
on the glans. You may also want to try to reduce the swelling with ice packs (don't
leave these on too long) or by covering the penis in sugar (this draws the fluid
out).
·
The whole operation can be severely
painful.
If it you cannot get the retracted foreskin
in its normal position you have to seek help right away. Waiting will only
make it worse! If you wait too long the tissue of the foreskin may die from want
of fresh blood and the glans may fall off (auto amputation).
