(sweat) glands. These glands (about 1-2 mm) secrete oil, which flows up the
hair follicle to keep the hair and skin lubricated. It’s very common that these

With men they are most often seen on the penile shaft, particularly on the underside.
They are a normal part of the skin’s anatomy, so no treatment is required.
