This
new method of increasing penis girth involves the removal of strips of tissue
(together with fat cells) from under the folds of the buttocks. These strips are
inserted into each side of the penis.
The results are more stable and long term than fat injections.
The
main problem is that (parts) of the inserted tissue may not survive. This can
lead to curvature of the penis and asymmetry.
It
can easily lead to complications, like infections and scarring, because the strips
of tissue have to be grafted onto the penis. This is more involved than injecting
fat cells. There are also large, sometimes painful, visible scars between the
thighs and buttocks. Surgeons don’t have much experience with this method yet.
