In hardcore porn nothing remains a mystery. All sexual acts and body parts are shown. It’s very explicit.
In softcore porn they leave more to the imagination, like the nudes in Playboy and Playgirl. Much is insinuated, not shown, stimulating your own fantasy. It’s also called ‘erotica,’ because this sounds nicer.
