General changes during puberty:
Breasts start to grow: 8-13 years.
Start of pubic hair growth: 8-14 years.
Becoming taller: 9,5-14,5 (average growth peak: 12 years).
First period: 9-16 years (on average between 12 and 13 years, normally 2-2,5 years after the start of breast growth).
Axillary hair: 2 years after the start of pubic hair growth.

It’s perfectly normal that you gain some weight after you stopped growing. This is because your get a more feminine figure, with rounder hips and a build up of fat in the stomach, buttocks and legs.
