If someone forces you to have sex it’s important you defend yourself. How?
1.      Sexual abuse often starts with crossing the border in subtle ways, for instance a hand on your knee which you don’t like. You have to respond to this immediately to avoid it from going from bad to worse. A gentle warning gives the aggressor the opportunity to retreat graciously without loosing face.
2.      If a gentle warning is not recognized or heeded you have to be firmer. Make it stop: bring yourself in safety.
3.      If you are attacked there is only one thing that counts: surviving. Do whatever is necessary to bring yourself in safety: pushing, running, scratching, hitting, kicking and screaming. Attack with any object at hand, using it as a weapon.
4.      The most important element with self-defence is not muscles, but your mental attitude. You have to turn your fear into strength and dare to hurt your attacker badly.
5.      Imagine what you could and would do if you were attacked. How would you bring yourself in safety? Which tactics would you use?
6.      Take a self-defence course to learn how to fight.
