There are clots in my ejaculate. Is this normal?

The quantity, texture, taste and color of semen vary greatly. Semen can be white and smooth, but also yellow and lumpy. Sometimes it contains jelly-like globules: yellow clumps. These are protein build-up in the semen. The longer the liquid stays in your prostate and seminal vesicles, the greater the chance you have these clumps in your semen. A while after ejaculation these clumps normally liquefy. What you describe is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
