It’s
easiest to try this technique during masturbation, developing control
on your own. But if your partner is willing to help, you can also do
it when you are making love.
If
your lover does it she (or he) puts her thumb on the frenulum and places
her index- and middle finger just above and below the coronal ridge
on the opposite side of the penis. She applies pressure for about 4
seconds and then she lets go. The pressure should be applied from front
to back and not from side to side.

You
can also reduces the urgency to come yourself by placing your middle-
and index finger on your frenulum and your thumb on the opposite site.
Another way is gripping your penis like the handlebar of a bicycle and
exerting pressure on the glans with your thumb.
Before
you start intercourse you or your partner squeeze three to six times
before inserting the penis. After insertion you should wait 15-30 seconds,
get the penis out and squeeze again. After that you can insert the penis
and thrust slowly.
If you get
more ejaculatory control you can leave the penis inside the vagina and
let your lover squeeze at the base of your penis. This can also be done
during intercourse. Firm pressure is applied for about two seconds and
then released. This must be done from front to back (squeezing the sides
does not help)..
