
Avoid
bad absorbing clothing. Wear wool or cotton, rather than synthetic clothes.
If you have sweaty feet you better wear leather shoes.
If
you sweat a lot you can use an anti-perspirant
instead of a deodorant. This not only suppresses the smell but also
reduces the sweating somewhat.
If
an anti-perspirant doesn’t work you should
visit your doctor. A prescribed anti sweat fluid may help.
In
some girls and guys perspiration is excessive, far more than is needed
to cool the body. This condition is called hyperhydrosis.
