One testicle is bigger than the other, but both look too big. What
can I do about it?
With about 85% of the guys the left testicle is larger
than the right one. With men that are left-handed it’s normally the
right one. Between men the testicles vary in size quite a bit. They
are comparable in size till boys are about ten years of age. With some
guys they’ll stay small, but with others they increase in size, sometimes
becoming 5 times as big. Size is unrelated to fertility. It’s in fact
quite unimportant. What looks good is a matter of taste. Some
like it big, others like it small. But whatever your preference,
you cannot change the size.
