The term virgin is normally used for someone who has never had intercourse.
In the sexual field you can have done anything, but as long as the penis stays out of the vagina you’re considered to be a virgin. So being a virgin doesn’t imply that you’re inexperienced, but only that you have never done ‘it.’ So in fact it doesn’t have much meaning.
